Platform admins can create broad campaigns. School and teacher communication should remain scoped to their own approved learners, organizations, and classes.

Write for action

Use a short title, a useful first sentence, and one clear action. Add a destination only when it helps the recipient continue work, for example an assignment, live class, lesson slide, or feedback activity.

Choose delivery deliberately

In-app delivery creates an inbox record. Email and browser push are optional routes, controlled by recipient preferences and the campaign settings. Scheduled delivery is handled by the notification scheduler; immediate events do not wait for it.
